Addition Financial Credit Union Breaks Ground on New Branch in the Four Corners Area

Addition Financial Credit Union announced construction is underway of a new branch in the Four Corners region of Central Florida, expanding access for members, as well as expanding Addition Financial's community impact west of metro Orlando. The branch will soon be the organization’s 27th full-service location.

Since then, we’ve had a few glow-ups, including changing our name from CFE to Addition Financial in 2019. "Renovate to Educate" Program Transforms to Enhance Needs Spaces for Central Florida Schools

The Addition Financial Foundation is proud to announce its 2025 Renovate to Educate program, which will enhance the ability of four Central Florida schools to support students in need before the 2025/2026 school year. This year marks a meaningful change in the program's focus, as the Foundation shifts its efforts from renovating individual teacher classrooms to enhancing the overall 'needs spaces' within schools.

New Student-Run Branch Opens at Osceola High School

Addition Financial Credit Union and the School District of Osceola County held a ribbon cutting ceremony in January for a new student-run Addition Financial branch at Osceola High School, expanding the High School Branch partnership that provides hands-on financial experience to Central Florida students.

Fraud Tips of the Quarter

• Stay Alert for Financial Institution Impersonation Scams. Beware of financial institution impersonation scams, which often begin with a text message claiming to be a fraud alert from Addition Financial or another bank or credit union.

• Be Cautious of Investment Fraud. Generally a bad actor gaining the trust of victims and gradually luring them to invest large sums of money into fraudulent schemes.

• Stay vigilant against employment scams. Be careful where and how you apply.
